Wood County Home Show Guide: Oct 23–25 in Bowling Green

The Wood County Home Show comes to the Pratt Pavilion at the Wood County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green, October 23–25, 2026. Admission is free, and you’ll find local and national home improvement companies under one roof. Here’s how to make the most of your visit.

• Friday, October 23: 12 pm – 6 pm
• Saturday, October 24: 10 am – 5 pm
• Sunday, October 25: 11 am – 4 pm

Wood County Fairgrounds, Pratt Pavilion, 13800 W Poe Rd, Bowling Green, OH 43402. It’s an easy drive from Perrysburg, Toledo, Maumee, Rossford, Findlay, Fostoria and Napoleon.

1. Reserve your free ticket first

2. Make a short project list

Write down the two or three projects you’re most serious about, like a new roof, replacement windows, a furnace, basement waterproofing or a kitchen remodel. Check the exhibitor list as companies are announced.

3. Bring photos, measurements and a recent utility bill

Photos of the space and rough measurements help exhibitors give you real ideas and pricing. A recent gas or electric bill is handy when you talk about windows, insulation or HVAC.

4. Ask everyone the same questions

Ask about licensing and insurance, warranties, timelines and exactly what’s included in the price. Asking each company the same questions makes quotes much easier to compare.

5. Look for show-only specials

Many exhibitors offer deals that are only good at the show. Ask what’s available and how long it lasts.

6. Follow up while it’s fresh

Snap a photo of booth signs or grab business cards, then book in-home estimates with the companies that stood out.
